Phone interpreter services keep responders waiting for minutes—an eternity in emergency situations. When they finally connect, the quality can be inconsistent. And in areas with poor cell coverage? Those services simply don’t work.

We offer two ways to access vitalvoice:
The App
Our mobile app is installed on field tablets and phones. When responders encounter a patient who speaks a different language, they pull up vitalvoice and start communicating immediately—regardless of the language.
Features like Quick Start (pin 6 languages for one-tap access), Instant Pause (for when something needs to be off the record), and Offline Logbook (full transcripts for documentation) were all requested by the firefighters we worked with.
The API Platform
For software companies building ePCR, eCitation, EMR, or other mission-critical applications, our API brings real-time interpretation directly into your product. Sub-second latency, 57+ languages, and we handle HIPAA compliance so you don’t have to.
